Welcome to the Brotherhood of Mount Hermon
Mount Hermon Lodge’s presence on the web
In 1854 a group of Masons came together in Medford, Massachusetts and formed Mount Hermon Lodge. Since that time Mount Hermon Lodge has remained a strong force in Freemasonry. We have moved from Medford and have landed in Woburn, Massachusetts. Mount Hermon Lodge meets in the Woburn Masonic Building on 17 Arlington Road, Woburn, Massachusetts on the first Thursday of every month except July and August.
Mount Hermon Lodge is organized under the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts and is part of the 13th District. We are the mother lodge of Past Grand Master, Most Worshipful Samuel Crocker Lawrence. Over the years, we have had one Past Deputy Grand Master, two Past Junior Grand Wardens, two Past Senior Grand Deacons, one Past Junior Grand Steward, one Past Grand Pursuivant, two Past Grand Lecturers, seven Past District Deputy Grand Masters, and six Past Masters of the Thirteenth Lodge of Instruction.
Please enjoy your visit to our website. On this site you will find information about how to join Freemasonry and Mount Hermon Lodge. You will also find our history and links to various other Freemasonic websites. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact any of our Masonic Ambassadors.
